How do I know Bark for AIP monitoring is working?
On your dashboard, locate the child you would like to review, and select "Monitoring", then "Screen Time," and/or "Location." Under "Location," you can review your child's location check-ins. Under "Monitoring," you can review the status of the devices and apps set up for that child. Under "Screen Time," you can review your screen time and filtering rules, as well as the devices that have screen time limits. A red exclamation mark indicates that your action is required or something is not working properly. Click the red exclamation mark to get more details on how to fix the problem. If some aspect of monitoring or filtering is not working, you'll also receive an alert, with steps on how to address the issue. A green checkmark indicates that the feature is working.
