How to get started with the Allstate Digital Footprint® tool

To get started with the Allstate Digital Footprint® tool , you’ll need to first connect an email address. 

After you connect your email address, the Allstate Digital Footprint® tool shows you a list of your digital relationships — including the ones you may have forgotten about — based on information identified in your email account.  The technology helps you understand where your personal details may have been exposed by cross-referencing your email address with known data breaches. From there, the Allstate Digital Footprint® tool scans your inbox each week to look for new digital connections. If the scan uncovers any new relationships in your footprint, you’ll receive an email.

Once your email address is connected, you’ll have the option to send privacy requests — including delete data and unsubscribe requests — directly to the companies that have your data. 

You can connect up to five email addresses to the Allstate Digital Footprint® tool.
