There are several reasons an unrecognizable account can show up in the Allstate Digital Footprint® tool:

• You don’t remember signing up for it — like an old newsletter 
• A company could have gone through a renaming or rebranding
• A company could have been acquired by another company
• Someone else signed you up
• A company you have a relationship with may have shared or sold your personal information to another entity
