How to update your alert preferences

To help make sure you never miss an alert, keep your contact information up-to-date. You can change your alert preferences by visiting your your Settings page.

To find your Settings page:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on the initials in the top right corner
3. Select Settings.

To update your alert preferences: 

From your Account Information page, click on “Update” in the Alert Preferences section. Here, you can update your alert phone number, alert email address, and delivery method. Choose to receive alerts via email, text/SMS, or both.
