Your Identity Health status
What’s an Identity Health status?
Your identity is an ever-changing state that requires constant monitoring and prevention. Your Identity Health status is designed to help you do just that. In addition to factoring in actions you take to protect your identity, our enhanced algorithm takes into account everything ranging from questionable social media posts to the latest dark web activity.
Your status is influenced by actions such as clearing alerts and keeping your personal information up-to-date. The more features you activate in your account, the better we can help protect you. If you move to an elevated risk level, you may need to review your account.
If your status is “low risk”
A “low risk” Identity Health status means we haven’t currently found any threats to your identity.
If your status is “at risk”
An “at risk” Identity Health status means you have some items in your account that you should review. Take a look at any outstanding alerts and make sure your personal information is up-to-date in your account settings.
If your status is “exposed”
An “exposed” Identity Health status means you have previously reported identity theft or have an open case in remediation with us.
