How to reauthorize your social media account
If you’ve connected a social media account, you may receive an alert that your authorization has expired. This may happen if your connection expires or settings in your social account have changed.
To reauthorize a social media account
- Log in to your account
- Click on the “Social Monitoring” tab
- Find the expired account and click “Reconnect”
- If prompted, follow the instructions to reauthorize social media monitoring
