How to reauthorize your social media account

If you’ve connected a social media account, you may receive an alert that your authorization has expired. This may happen if your connection expires or settings in your social account have changed.

To reauthorize a social media account

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the “Social Monitoring” tab
  3. Find the expired account and click “Reconnect”
  4. If prompted, follow the instructions to reauthorize social media monitoring
