What should I do if I believe my identity is stolen or I am a victim of fraud?

If you are a member of Allstate Identity Protection and suspect you’re a victim of identity theft, please contact us as soon as possible, either by selecting “Get support” on the alert you receive or by calling our customer care team at 1-855-821-2331. 

Once you are in touch with a member of our customer care team and have been confirmed as a victim, you will be assigned to a restoration specialist who will work on your behalf to manage your case and help restore your identity. Our U.S.-based team is not outsourced—they work in-house—and our restoration specialists hold RISC certification through Allstate Identity Protection, FCRA certification through the Consumer Data Industry Association, and CIPA certification through the Identity Management Institute. They are experts in identity restoration and will be there with you every step of the way.
