What does cyber coverage include?
Our cyber coverage provides up to $50,000 in aggregate reimbursement per year for losses related to cybercrime, with no limit on the number of claims you can file annually. This coverage includes four key sub-coverages:
- Scams, digital crimes, and social engineering coverage: Reimbursement for financial losses caused by certain types of fraud, including scams, social engineering, and other cybercrime-related events.
- Cryptocurrency crime coverage: Protection against losses of cryptocurrency resulting from a hacking attack.
- Data recovery and system restoration coverage: Reimbursement for expenses related to restoring systems and recovering data lost due to a hacking attack.
- Ransomware payment coverage: Reimbursement for payments made to criminals during ransomware attacks.
